Admission (ISOLS By-Laws)

New members of the Society will be recommended by the Executive Council upon receiving this application form (bellow) and two (2) Letters of Recommendation from ISOLS members in good standing and approved by the General Assembly by majority vote.

The following conditions will be of value in the analysis of your application:

• To be full-member of your national Musculoskeletal-Tumor Society or another nation Tumor Society
  Some Examples:
  - AMSTS - American Musculoskeletal Tumor Society,
  - EMSOS - European Musculoskeletal Tumor Society,
  - SLATME - Sociedad Latino Americana de Tumores Musculo-Esqueleticos,
  - Asia - Pacific Musculoskeletal Tumor Society, etc.

• To have participated of TWO ISOLS Symposium.
  (You must send the certificate)
  
  
• Your application will be analyzed by the Executive Council, and it will be presented and submitted to approval in the Board Meeting of the next ISOLS Symposium on September 10th, 2005, Seoul, Korea.
